The Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania works with leading scholars and practitioners from think tanks and universities in a variety of collaborative efforts and programs and produces the annual Global Go To Think Tank Index that ranks the world's leading think tanks in a variety of categories. In 2020 report, TTCSP have highlighted the impact of COVID-19 on think tanks and the response of the think tank community to the pandemic. This is followed by a new list that TTCSP is introducing to the 2020 Global Go To Think Tank Index: "2020 Best AI Policy and Strategy Think Tanks" and "2020 Best Policy and Institutional Response to COVID-19."
